South Africa’s Kruger National Park and surrounds
The Kruger National Park is one of the iconic tourist hot-spots in Southern Africa, and should be included on any African Safari schedule or itinerary, as it offers a completely different wildlife experience to many other areas.
Itinerary
Day 1
Fly in to KMI airport in Nelspruit and collect a hired car, before driving up to Olifants, Letaba or Satara Camps in the centre of the Park for an overnight stay.
>Day 2
Explore the Central Kruger area from one of these Camps.
Day 3 to 4
Head on to the Outpost Lodge and spend 2 nights in the area exploring the northern part of the Park.
Day 5 to 6
Drive through the Kruger Park to the central area to Plains Camp for 2 nights. Explore the central part of the Park from Rhino Post Safari lodge or Plains Camp.
Day 7 to 8
Drive on to Sabi Sabi in the Sabi Sands and spend 2 nights at Earth Lodge, Selati or Bush Lodge, or Main Camp.
Day 9
Depart Sabi Sabi and head back to KMI or to your next destination.
