Climb the highest sand dunes in the world, and then descend to the bottom of the deepest canyon in Africa. Immerse yourself in the past at one of Africa’s richest rock-art sites, and observe Africa’s wildlife at one of the most spectacular salt pans on earth.
Itinerary
Day 1 to 2
Fly in to Windhoek or Walvis Bay international airport, collect hired vehicle and transfer to Sossusvlei Dune Lodge for 2 nights. Explore Sosusvlei/Hot Air Balloon.
Day 3 to 4
Drive through to the Hotel Zum Kaiser in Swakopmund for a 2 night stay. Explore the area, Dolphin and seal excursions, Living Desert tour and Dune Boarding/Quad biking in Swakopmund
Day 5 to 6
Depart Swakopmund for a drive to Erongo Wilderness Lodge for 2 nights. Explore the Erongo Mountains etc
Day 7,8 and 9
Drive via Damaraland to Etosha Village near the entrance to Etosha National Park for 3 nights to explore the Park.
Day 10
Depart Etosha and drive back to Windhoek for return International Flight.
