Gorilla Trekking in Rwanda
Known as the Land of a Thousand Hills, Rwanda is a green, undulating landscape of hills, gardens and tea plantations. It offers tourists a one-of-a-kind journey – and is home to one third of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas.
Itinerary
Day 1
Fly into Kigali in Rwanda direct or via Nairobi, and overnight at the Serena Hotel in Kigali.
Day 2
Visit the Genocide Museum in the morning before transferring by road to the Vulcans National Park. Overnight at a lodge near the Park.
Day 3
Spend the morning in the Vulcans Park with the Gorillas and return to lodge in the afternoon.
Day 4
Return by road to Kigali for your afternoon flight to Nairobi/Masai Mara or another destination.
